How we build

Five stages, one line from question to running software.

  1. Stage 011–2 weeks

    Discover

Understand the business problem before proposing a technical one.

We map how the work happens today, including the exceptions people handle manually, and identify where software removes effort rather than relocating it. If the answer is that you do not need us, that is a legitimate outcome of this stage.

    Outputs:

    • Process and systems map
    • Prioritised opportunity list
    • Scope, sequence and estimate
  2. Stage 022–4 weeks

    Design

Decide the model, then the screens.

Information architecture and interaction design come before visual design, because a beautiful interface over the wrong model is still the wrong product. We prototype the risky parts and test them on real tasks before anything is built.

    Outputs:

    • Interactive prototype
    • Design system foundations
    • Technical architecture decision record
  3. Stage 034–16 weeks

    Build

Ship in slices that work end to end.

Two-week increments, each one demonstrable in a real environment. Performance budgets, accessibility checks and automated tests run in the pipeline, so quality is a gate rather than a phase at the end.

    Outputs:

    • Fortnightly working increments
    • Staging environment with real data shapes
    • Test, performance and accessibility coverage
  4. Stage 041–2 weeks

    Launch

Go live without holding your breath.

Staged rollout, monitoring and alerting configured before traffic arrives, and a rollback path that has been tested rather than assumed. Handover includes documentation, credentials and the knowledge your team needs to run it.

    Outputs:

    • Staged production rollout
    • Monitoring, alerting and runbooks
    • Documentation and team handover
  5. Stage 05Ongoing

    Grow

Iterate against what real usage tells you.

Analytics that reconcile with your CRM, a prioritised backlog driven by behaviour rather than opinion, and the option to keep us on retainer or to take everything in-house. Both are supported by design.

    Outputs:

    • Instrumented analytics and reporting
    • Evidence-led roadmap
    • Retainer or clean in-house handover

Ways to engage

Three engagement models.

  • 1–2 weeks · fixed

    Discovery

Ends in a scope, estimate and architecture you own, whether or not you build with us.

  • Fixed price and date

    Fixed scope

For well-understood requirements. Change requests are quoted separately.

  • Monthly

    Dedicated team

Named engineers and designers, working inside your process.

There is no minimum project size, and no lock-in: code, infrastructure and documentation are handed over in your own accounts.

AI in practice

Intelligence that disappears into the workflow.

Grounded, evaluated and cost-controlled — not a wrapper around a prompt. Pick a use case and watch how an agent moves through it.

Agent run · Assistants grounded in your content

Illustrative
  1. InputA customer asks whether the annual plan can be paused
  2. UnderstandIntent: billing policy question, existing customer
  3. ReasonRelevant passages found in the billing policy and terms
  4. EvaluateAnswer checked against the source; citation attached
  5. DecideConfident and in policy, so reply directly
  6. ActAnswer sent with a link to the policy section

Every stage is logged, and a person stays in the loop where the stakes justify one.

About Avryxa

Technology is useful when it makes something difficult feel simple.

Avryxa Technologies is a remote-first engineering team registered in Delhi, working with companies across the US, UK, Europe, Australia and India. We spend the first week on the problem rather than on the proposal — the part most agencies skip, and the part that decides everything after it.

We are a young company and we are direct about it. There is no logo wall here, no invented client count and no testimonial we could not evidence. Instead: software you can open, and a process described in enough detail to hold us to.

Six positions we actually operate by.

Each of these costs us something. That is how you can tell they are real.

  1. The brief is a hypothesis

Requirements arrive as a solution someone has already half-designed. Our first job is to work back to the problem underneath, because building the stated thing perfectly is no help if it was the wrong thing.

  2. Smaller, sooner, in production

One workflow running end to end teaches you more in a fortnight than six months of specification. Every engagement is sequenced to reach that point early.

  3. Quality is a gate, not a phase

Performance budgets, accessibility checks and tests run in the pipeline. If quality is something you schedule at the end, it is something you cut at the end.

  4. No lock-in, on purpose

Code, infrastructure and documentation live in your accounts. Any competent team should be able to pick up where we left off. Staying with us should be a decision you keep making freely.

  5. Say the inconvenient thing

That an existing product would do the job. That the deadline is not realistic. That the feature will not move the number you care about. A partner who only ever agrees is not much use to you.

  6. Growth is part of the build

Most growth work stalls because the fix is in the product and the marketing team cannot ship it. Having both under one roof removes that handover entirely.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Ownership, timelines, data and cost: the things worth settling before anyone commits.

Something not covered here? Ask Aria, our assistant, by voice or chat.

  • You do. Code, infrastructure configuration and documentation are handed over in your own repositories and accounts. There is no lock-in to us.

  • We tell you when an existing product will do the job. Custom is worth it when the process is a competitive advantage, when integration between existing systems is the actual problem, or when licence costs scale worse than a build. If none of those apply, we will say so.

  • Yes, and usually that is the point. Most engagements involve integrating with an existing CRM, accounting system or productivity suite rather than replacing them.

  • A focused marketing platform is typically six to ten weeks. An application with accounts, permissions and integrations is usually three to five months. We give a stage-by-stage timeline before anyone commits.

  • Cross-platform for most business applications — one codebase, one team, near-native feel. Native when the app depends on heavy graphics, sustained background processing or a platform API without a stable bridge.

  • We offer ongoing support and iteration. We also make sure it is genuinely optional — the handover includes everything another team would need to take over.

  • Wherever you require it to go. We work with providers that offer no-training guarantees, and can deploy against a model in your own cloud tenancy where policy demands it. Retention and logging are configured deliberately, not left at defaults.

  • Retrieval grounds answers in your documents and every response cites its sources. Where a question falls outside what was retrieved, the system is built to say so and hand off rather than improvise.

  • Model routing by task difficulty, caching, and hard budget ceilings with alerting. Cost per resolved case is tracked from the first week.

  • No. Marketing retainers run month to month after an initial engagement long enough to be fair to the work — usually three months.

Careers

Build with us.

We are small, senior and deliberate about staying that way. If you would rather own an outcome than a ticket, this is the kind of team that suits you.

  • Remote-first, async by default
  • Weekly demos, not daily standups
  • Outcome-focused, not time-focused
  • No meetings without agendas
  • Senior talent on every project

No open roles right now.

We are always glad to meet exceptional people. Send a general application and we will keep it on file.
