SaaS development company
Multi-tenant products with subscriptions, roles, analytics and the operational tooling to run them — architected so growth does not mean a rewrite.
The first version scales fine. The second one is a rewrite.
Most SaaS rewrites trace back to two decisions made in month one: tenancy bolted on after the fact, and billing modelled as a payment rather than as entitlements.
Both are cheap to get right at the start and extremely expensive to change once real customers depend on the behaviour you are trying to fix.
Get tenancy and entitlements right in week one.
We design tenant isolation, roles and entitlements before the first feature, because every later feature inherits those decisions whether or not anyone revisits them.
Then we ship a genuinely small first release — one workflow, end to end, in production — and grow it against real usage rather than a roadmap written before anyone had customers.
What your build can include
- Multi-tenant architecture and data isolation strategy
- Subscription billing, plans, trials and entitlements
- Roles, permissions, invitations and audit logging
- Customer-facing and internal analytics
- Cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and infrastructure as code
- Observability: logging, tracing, alerting and uptime
- Security review, backups and disaster recovery
Technology, chosen for the job
- Application: Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js
- Data: PostgreSQL, Redis, Row-level security
- Operations: Docker, CI/CD, Observability, IaC
From SaaS MVP to a product you can operate
- Discovery: choose the paying user's first complete workflow and agree acceptance criteria.
- Architecture: define tenant boundaries, team permissions, subscription entitlements and data export.
- Build: review working increments in staging, including billing failures and cross-tenant access tests.
- Launch: agree rollout gates, backups, monitoring and support responsibilities before onboarding users.
- Scale: use real usage and operating costs to prioritise the next release. Your repositories, infrastructure and documentation remain yours.

Demo build
A working demonstration we built and published. Seeded data and simulated payments — no client, and nothing here is a live business.
A retail operating system: catalogue, inventory, orders, point of sale, storefront and analytics on one shared data model.

How small should a first release be?
One workflow, end to end, that a real customer would pay for. Everything else is a hypothesis until that is live.
Shared database or database per tenant?
Shared with row-level security for most products; isolated databases where a compliance requirement or a very large tenant justifies the operational cost. We decide this with you, explicitly, at the start.
Do you handle billing integrations?
Yes — plans, trials, proration, dunning and the entitlement layer that decides what a subscription actually unlocks.
Can you join an existing product team?
Yes. We work inside your repository, your process and your review culture rather than beside it.
What about compliance?
We build to the controls your customers will ask about — access control, audit logging, encryption, data retention and export. We are engineers, not auditors, so formal certification stays with your compliance provider.
Let’s scope your first release.
Tell us your users, main workflow, existing systems and launch priorities. We separate the build, integrations, migration and running costs in a tailored proposal.
