Then we build the smallest system that removes the bottleneck, integrate it with the tools you already pay for, and extend from there once it is carrying real work.

Before you ask.
We tell you when an existing product will do the job. Custom is worth it when the process is a competitive advantage, when integration between existing systems is the actual problem, or when licence costs scale worse than a build. If none of those apply, we will say so.
Yes, and usually that is the point. Most engagements involve integrating with an existing CRM, accounting system or productivity suite rather than replacing them.
You do. Code, infrastructure configuration and documentation are handed over in your own repositories and accounts. There is no lock-in to us.
In sequence, never as a single cutover. We build alongside the existing system, migrate one workflow at a time, and keep a rollback path until the last one is stable.
We offer ongoing support and iteration. We also make sure it is genuinely optional — the handover includes everything another team would need to take over.
