Logistics software development company

Replace status-chasing with a shared operational view. We scope tracking, dispatch, document and customer-portal systems around how your logistics team moves work.

Build around the shipment, including the exceptions

Define the milestones your team and customers need to see: booking, pickup, dispatch, arrival and delivery. Agree who can update each event, where the data comes from and how delays or missing documents reach an operator.

For freight forwarders and NVOCC teams, discovery can map quotation, booking, container references, document checks and shipment milestones. These are proposed workflows to validate with your operators, not a claim that we have deployed an NVOCC platform.

An operational first release

  • Dispatch queues with assignment and exception ownership
  • Shipment-event history with timestamps and source information
  • Proof-of-delivery capture and offline sync where field conditions require it
  • Document checklists with review and access controls
  • Customer portals showing the agreed shipment status

Integrate where reliable data exists

Assess carrier APIs, tracking feeds, accounting systems and current spreadsheets before promising automatic updates. Define retry behaviour, stale-data indicators and a manual correction path. An event-driven dashboard is only as useful as the records feeding it.

Scope with the people at the dispatch desk

Share shipment types, branches, daily volumes, partner systems, field devices and document requirements. Start with one operational flow, rehearse imports, and agree acceptance checks and support responsibilities before adding more routes or teams.

Before you start

Can you integrate live carrier tracking?

Where the carrier provides suitable API or feed access. Discovery verifies coverage, update frequency, licensing and failure handling; live tracking is not assumed for every carrier.

Can a driver work without a connection?

Offline capture can be included when required. We scope device support, local storage, sync conflicts and what the operator sees until the next connection.

Do you have a deployed freight or NVOCC case study?

We do not present one here. These workflows describe what we can scope and build; any published demo is labelled separately from a client deployment.

Let’s scope your first release.

Tell us your users, main workflow, existing systems and launch priorities. We separate the build, integrations, migration and running costs in a tailored proposal.
